11th Point of layout Guidelines in the datasheet mention that, 'kelvin connections should be bought from the output to the feedback pin of the device'. can you please elaborate what exactly this means when there no differential connections.

First, I think this is not a must,
and if really need remote-sensing, you can route Vout and VFB-GND(down-resistor-Gnd) as differential lines from Vout back to the chip.
