The data sheet gives a minimum and maximum range for the internal reference over the full rated temperature range. We will be using the LM34922 over a limited temperature range and would like to get some idea of the range and distribution of Vref we can expect in this case?
There is no specification for the thermal drift of the reference in the data sheet. Figure 8 shows a "typical" curve but it is not clear if we can infer anything from this. For example, will the slope always be positive with increasing temperature? Will the largest deviations always be at the temperature extremes? Is the 'typical spec' at 25C a one sigma distribution or something wider?
Are you able to give some guidance in this area? We are not looking for a guaranteed specification; just any characterization or distribution data that might give direction. Thank you.
