Tool/software: Starterware

I was soldering BQ34Z100-G1.

and I test it using test machine after finishing to solder it.

6~14 Pin on BQ34Z100-G1 was short circuit.

is this situation normal??

What is the temperature you use when soldering the gauge ?
Is your PCB something wrong?

hmmmm.....I don't know, because of I used a normal soldering iron when I was soldering.
I made it by DIP type using SMD DIP Conversion.
