TPS63700: about IC loss

Hi,

I am considering the following specifications.

specification
Input: 5 V
Output: -12 V
Current: 80 mA

Although I am considering the loss of the IC itself, I can not calculate it because there is no WEBENCH.
Can you tell how much loss of the IC itself? With the above specification.
Or is there a calculation tool?

The loss is determined from the efficiency curves. At this operating point, Figure 4 shows about 85% efficiency. This is 169 mW of total loss, with some of that being in the inductor. It is very little power to dissipate.

Thank you for answering.
I can understand that the loss of the inductor is very small.
However, since this circuit is asynchronous, I think that the loss ratio of the diode is large.
What do you think about that?

Yes, the diode is external and also has some loss. I think this loss will be low because the current is low.
