Dear Sir,

So i wanted to design Boost converter of 1500W .,

Whose specification as follows .,

Input DC supply:

1.) 16VDC-18VDC input

Ouput DC supply:

Needed 300VDC-400VDC ( Current of 5A - 3.75A)

I designed using LM5022 , But got failed.,

Plz help me out..

The LM5022 itself cannot drive the MOSFETs for 1500W applications. You should use the external driver like the LM5112 along with the LM5022, and just use teh LM5022's PWM controller function but driving the MOSFET with the LM5112. The LM5022's gate drive signal will be the input signal of the LM5122.

Sorry for the typo: I meant LM5022's gate drive signal should be the input signal of the LM5112 driver.
