EV2300: Problem connecting to device

We just bought a new EV2300. After some unsuccessful attempts to connect to bq4050 I checked SMBus with oscilloscope and I saw that clock line wasn't swinging to ground level. Do I have a port inside my EV2300 burned? May I replace a chip inside and upload firmware inside?

Are you using the EVM or your customer board?
How you put a pull up resister in your SMBUS line?

Hello Terry.

We are using our custom board without any pullup resistors, with 100 Ohm resistors in series. Also there is TPD4E1U06DBVR as ESD protection.

But the oscillogram above was taken without any device, just EV2300.

If it is possible, you can share your schematic and I will help to review to see if there is any mintakes in design.
Also please make sure that the power supply to bq4050 is good.

Hello Terry.

The schematic is fairly simple. I inserted it. My issue now is that my EV2300 doesn't seem to be working even without any device attached to it.
