I have an application in which I am striving for a 5msec soft start time for the TPS61093.
I am using the reference design with Css = 47nF and Rss = 10k. With these components in place the TPS61093 does not produce the desired output voltage. Even when toggling the enable line.
With the same PCB/circuit, I change the softstart components to Css = 1uf and Rss and 200k and the TPS61093 DOES produce the desired output voltage. Is there a minimum Css or Tss? I do not see any minimums in the data sheet.
