Dear Sir

1, May I know TP2 and -Vo 's schematic is correct ??

2. May I know why need add external UVLO schematic ,the reason is that LMR16020's GND is -Vo ,is it right ??

The -vo connection looks alright. The key is to remember the IC ground is referring to -Vo and all the logic level are referring to -Vo. The level shifting circuit is to convert ground referenced voltage to -Vo referenced for the IC.

May I know LMR16030 or LMR16020 can support 24Vin to -5Vout/1A ??

Do you have tool to calculator ??

They should be able to supply 24V to -5V, 1A.

A quick estimation can be done by this equation (loss ignored)

I-invertering-max = I-buck-max * VIN / (VIN + |VOUT|)
