I have questions TLC59108.

Question 1.  

     Do you have the data about  following PWM brightness?

             - Rise time and Fall time

             - Delay time

Question 2. 

      Do you have the Waveform data of PWM output?

Question 3. 

      Please tell me the accuracy of  average current with PWM setting.

      We want to know relative accuracy with PWM setting.

      We think that ±8% is the absolute accuracy.

    Please refer the below answer.

    Q1, I have no data of the Rise time and Fall time with delay time since it is legacy device.

    But i think this should be less 4ns since it can support 8bit PWM @97Khz.

    Q2, I have no waveform in the hand, if you need the waveform I can set up the bench to measure it, But It may take more than 2 weeks since we need to prepare EVM setup.

    Q3. 8% is DC current accurary. The relative accuracy should be less than 0.3% since this device in 8 bit.

    We are concerned about the following.

    - Reproduction accuracy of average current ratio when changing duty within about 10 seconds or less
    This accuracy includes variation of temperature and ICs.

    - Relative current error range with PWM setting by variation of temperature and ICs, IC degradation

    For the question 1.

    Sorry for the typo error, It shoud be less than 40ns not 4ns including all rising, falling and delay time.

    Question 2,

    We need take more than 2 weeks to measure it, I will send to you after finish it.

    Question 3.

    0.3% is typical value for the duty cycle, temperature just impact frequency, but has no impact the duty.

    For the device, it also same status, the device may has difference frequency, but has no impact the duty.

    Any other question please let me know.
