Hello!
Is there going to be a variant of the bq2560x that will have resistor programming of Input Current Limit (ILIM), Charge Current Limit (ISET) and have a i2c interface?
Thanks!
Jason
Hi Jeff,
We are currently using the 24250 and were looking to upgrade. Sounds like it's best to stick with what we have... not for a lack of trying over the past couple years :)
We like the higher charger current, larger input voltage, reverse current blocking and PG pin on the newer parts. We just need hardware and software control of the part.
Thanks again Jeff,
Jason
Jason,
I will forward your request to our development team. If we get enough requests, we might spin the bq2560x into a dual mode. Regarding the bq24250, it has the same reverse current blocking as bq2560x and you can using the LDO output as PG indicator.
