Hi Team –

Posting on customer behalf.

I’ve designed in the TPS659112 to a board and I’m now realizing that we can’t program the EEPROM with our configuration. My understanding from was that we could bring the device up and then program it with our configuration via I2C. How do we program this part? Is there an external programmer?

Hi Dan,

There is no programmer for this device, the configurations are pre-defined at the factory. Once the device is active the registers can be altered, but they will always be reset when the device shuts down.
