Dears:

  I make the design more simple ,buck-boost topologic,Vin 9~16V,Vout 12~15V ,Iout 1A~1.2A .

  Please help to check my schamatic due to I reduce some parts compared with application in datasheet.

    Hello Henry,

    That looks fine. Just a few things: If you are not PWM dimming you can connect the PWM pin directly to VCC and eliminate R13. You could also eliminate R12 and just leave the DDRV pin open. You should also connect R15 (for IADJ) to VCC rather than VIN.
