TPS61221: with 3.8V battery and with no load circuit is drwaing 12uA current

Hi,

I have designed circuit based on TPS61221. with 3.3 v fixed out, Inductor 4.7uH, Cap is 10uF ceramic Samsung, Still found it draws 12 to 15uAmps without load, and after applying load it adds to the load.

kindly help me with the same

What is the input voltage? the Figure 8 in the datasheet shows the no load input current VS input voltage.

Hi,

my input voltage is 3.8VDC in lab power supply. As we studied about fig. 8 in datasheet it suppose to be aprox 5uA, but still no luck. I am using 3..3 V Out fixed IC

is this problem found in all board or one board? could you remove all the external circuit connected with boost circuit to make sure the current is consumed by the IC? do you have a TPS61221EVM for reference to rule out the measurement problem.

Yes Problem is constant with all the boards we made as prototype, there are 5 Boards. OK We will try the workaround suggested by you. We do not have EVM for the same.
