Hi,
I'm searching an IC which would provided the gate driving for an 14V regulated output DC power with 20V to 120 V AC volts (1 phase), input AC frequency variing from few Hz to 200Hz.
I have started my study by employing an AC/DC bridge with 2 diodes and 2 thyristors. Now I'm looking to find the gate drivers for the 2 SCR with synchronisation on input in order to keep the losses as low as possible.
Please do you have some IC suggestions?

I would start a search like this by using our Reference Designs area.
Search power reference design parameters
I used VinMax = 120V to start my search.
Then sorted by lowest VinMin.
These results below are good examples of similar designs.
Note: you did not indicate an output power level in your original inquiry.
The search tool allows many different variables to be used.
