Hi team,

　I have a question about the Rθja.

　I understand that the Rθja is a value under the condition that
　the thermal pad is connected to PCB GND.

　Is my understanding correct?

That is correct. Given that the TPS7A19 has a thermal pad, the thermal metrics are generated by connecting the thermal pad to ground in order to allow the heat to flow out of the die. Note, we use the high K boards, in accordance with the JEDEC standard.
