BQ2970: mosfet selection for BQ2970

Hi,

I would like to use BQ29700 in my design, 1 cell battery. max charge current is 0.5C (which is 10mA), application is wireless earphone, may I know is there any recommendation/ how to choose for the Mosfets for Cout and Dout?
