How much is the variation of Igate-flt? They would like to know minimum and maximum value.

    Hi Tateo,

    Min/max values are not guaranteed in the datasheet but from the original characterization data, 6-sigma variation over temperature would be a range of about 50mA to 112mA.

    There is a temperature correlation, the pull down stength goes down as temperature increases. So that 50mA is the average - 6sigma at 125C and the 112mA is average + 6sigma at -40C.
