TPS2115A: Test EVM issue

Hello,

             Below is customer condition and waveform by EVM testing. Why Vin ofr CH2/CH3 are over 3.5V (7.56V / 4.88V) ? Why Vout is down to 2.84V~2.6V? Hay any comments for the test results? Thank you. 

VIN1=3.5V

VIN2=3.5V

Iout=0.8A

Cout=300uF

D0=1 / D1=0

    Hi Patrick,

    Those waveforms definitely seem odd. Were you actively trying to do anything during this scope shot (such as disconnecting one of the supplies) or was this scope shot during steady state? Also, if VIN1=4V, do you get this same problem? My thought is that the device may be having problems trying to decide if VIN1>VIN2 since both are the same voltage.
