The datasheet frequently mentions Co or Cout. Is this an internal capacitor. If yes, what is its value. Otherwise, how do I arrive at the value ?

This is the output capacitor, you can set the value in the section 8.2.2.3
Figure 48 shows a capacitor value Co, is this different from Cout used in 8.2.2.3 ?
Please also point out which capacitor in Figure 50 (example of 3.3V output design) corresponds to Cout ?
You are probably referring to "Co" in figures 38 and 40. That is the output capacitance of the error amplifier. You generally do not need to know it, but it is
Co = gmea / (2*pi*GBW) = 18 pF. For section 8.2.2.3, that is the output capacitor(s).
