I need to confirm is between pin 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, there are a internal diodes. I measure a diode between pin 3 (cathode) and pin 4 (anode). is this correct? I'm trying to measure the value of resistor between pin 3- pin 4, pin 4-pin 5,pin 5- pin 6, pin 6-pin 7. The value is bigger than 5 Megaohms when the positive probe is on Pin 3 and negative probe is on pin 4, but when I inverted the probe the value is less than 5 Megaohms (3.3 meagohms) is this correct?]
I have read the datasheet but don't have this information.
