Hello Sir/Madam,

we are looking for charging IC  for li-po rechargeable battery.

Battery Specification:-

capacity:-100mAh

Nominal discharge / charge current is 0.2C, Max discharge / charge current is 1.0C

Kindly suggest us best solution for battery charging IC with below requirements.

1. Low cost

2. Automatic charge terminate when battery is full.

3. Over current, over temperature,

    Haresh,

    BQ25100 is a good choice for charging. If you need powerpath to support system load, you might consider BQ24232H.

    If you need additional rails for a DC-DC or LDO and I2C programmability, you might consider BQ25120.
