we are trying to connect UCD3138OL40EVM-032 with PC. But in best cases we got next image.
We already tried next OS:
Linux Debian 8
ccs_setup_linux64_7.2.0.00013.bin has installed
Software by default connecting to BlackHawk LAN560 emulator 0, but we have another JTAG.
In CCS project we can't verify Connection, no one case in list don't work.
What should we do with it next?
We can't found TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Studio-3.0.20 for Linux.

ccs_setup_linux64_7.2.0.00013.bin hasn't installed.
ccs_setup_linux64_6.2.0.00050.bin has installed.
Boot Log:
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.eclipse.jetty.util.log). log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly. dvtLogOptions.xml DOES NOT exists
We got segmentation error when made new project.
We can't found TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Studio-3.0.20 for Linux.

TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Studio-3.0.20.exe has installed and working bad - some issues in xml
UCD3xxx Device GUI scanning devices in ROM mode and notified that it's ready for flashing, but can't found nothing in program mode.
SMBus / I2C / SAA tool permanently got NACK for any actions.
Fusion Digital Studio scanning but don't found nothing - No device found, after it we can going into offline mode.
If save Sample project for UCD31xxx and just resave with another name, then we got an error when trying to open this next project next time. Fusion Digital Studio got an error - XML with negative index.

Empty project for UCD3138 compiles with some issues, it can be fixed fixed by linker script.
But it still not clear how to connect to EVM and how to flash devices.
No one connection case working when we made new CCS project.

TI-Fusion-Digital-Power-Studio-3.0.20.exe has installed.
Same result as in Windows 10 - no connection, but, without crashes.
Windows Vista
ccs_setup_linux64_6.2.0.00050.bin hasn't installed.
Fusion Digital Studio can't found devices - No device found,
UCD3xxx Device GUI can found devices only in ROM mode.
How we can connect this EVM with IDE?
