Hi Team,
The datasheet shows the value under Iout=-200mA for On-state resistance (Ron).
Is there any data (max value of Ron) under Iout=-1A?
I would like to know the value under VBIAS=5V and VBIAS=3.3V conditions.
Best Regards,
Yaita

Hi Yaita,
On-resistance varies as a result of higher temperature, not higher current. Therefore, the on-resistance at IOUT=1A is dependent on how much the device heats up because of the dissipated power. For this device, the typical on-resistance is ~14mΩ, so with 1A of current passing through it, it will dissipate 14mW of power. Since the theta-JA resistance for this device is 50.8°C/W, the device will only heat up 0.71°C. Because the self-heating is very small, the typical on-resistance value at IOUT=200mA can be used.
For VBIAS=5V, the typical on-resistance is 14mΩ. For VBIAS=3.3V, it will be between 14mΩ and 18mΩ. What VIN voltage are you looking to get the on-resistance for?
Thanks,
