Regarding to GND and PGND on TPS61027, my customer is asking a question.

According to datasheet, these are not connected as following.
But in TPS6120 EVM user’s guide, these are connected as following.
Which is the best connection?
Generally I think that GND must be connected to the PGND of the IC through a single point.
Currently they connect to GND and PGND.
