Hi,

For the BQ24616EVM board, please refer to below picture whether i have configure correctly. As per below configure, my battery cannot 

charging directly, is there any connection i miss out and our requirement  are Charging up to 21V @ 3.8A CV/CC mode, is there any component i need to 

modification.Please help to advise on this.

    Hi CK,

    For TS pin, VTS would be 2.49V if you didn't connect to battery thermistor or other power supply. bq24616 cold temperature threshold is 73.5% VREF. If VTS is higher than 73.5%VREF(2.42V), charging would be suspended. Please check if VTS is between hot/cold temperature threshold to maintain charging. Also please follow datasheet description to modify bq24616 EVM for your condition(charging voltage/current).
