Transmit controller for 60W wireless power

Hi,

I have an application to develop a 60W transmitter for wireless power conversion.  Is there a transmit controller that is intended to use external power MOSFETs/drivers that could be used for this application?

Another approach could be to use an integrated controller and use the switching outputs to drive external MOSFETs, but this requires having access to all internal power switching nets.  Is there a controller like this?
