My customer is looking for automotive grade PMIC for i.MX6 Quad Core Processor.
Is there any PMIC solution for automotive?

I found discrete solution but couldn't find PMIC solution.

    Obviously, you cannot use BGA because it must be auto-qual (Q100).

    The TPS659119-Q1 is an auto-qual part that is in the TPS65911x family, but it is not identical to TPS65911 due to differences in Package/pin-out.

    Yes, I found TIDA-00621 however TPS65911 doesn't have automotive grade.

    I believe TPS659119-Q1 doesn't support i.MX6.
    Is my understanding correct?
    If TPS659119-Q1 can support i.MX6, I want to suggest the device to my customer.

    Yes, you are correct. TPS659119-Q1 doesn't support iMX6. Our current solution to the iMX6 devices is the TPS659114, which is not automotive grade.
