TPS62737: TPS62737 circuit's question

I used TPS62737 in my program,and I have some questions abou the connections of Vin_OK and the EN pins.

The datasheet describles that EN1=0 and EN2=1 means enable buck mode,In my design,the vaue of R1,R2,and

R3 is 3.74M,1M,8.25M,which means that the voltage of VIN_OK is about 4.2V and the output is expected to be 3.3V,

However,if I connect Vin_OK with EN2,it seems that the buck mode does not work,if Idisconnect VIN_OK and EN2,

it works. I measured the voltage of Vin_OK,which seem to be 0V,whats the problem.the following is the circuit.

Hello,

What is at the input pin. you want to make sure that the minimum voltage required for a logic high is met as shown below. It is probably better to connect the EN2 pin to IN to ensure you meet the requirement.

I am confuse about the output of Vin_OK,Since it was disconnected with EN2,while the voltage was still 0 V,besides,another problems came out that if I touched R1,R2,R3 ,the output could be unstable,which I could see the power indicate LED is blinking,sometimes off.I don't understand what's the problem
