LP87524B-Q1: Current sharing

The LP87524(B)-Q1 as shown in the subject line has 4 independent rails where each can deliver output currents up to the current limit (per output). Since those rails are independent and not shared, there is no balancing.
For a version with multi-phase-configuration like the LP87521 per your example, it includes output current monitoring for each phase and adjusts phase currents based on this information so that phase currents in steady-state conditions match each other within 10%.

I am sorry. My question is about multi-phase configuration.(not independent phase configuration like LP87524(B))

This device has the current monitoring for each phase. Also the FB pin of the channel which is shared the current is connected to ground when it's the current sharing.(In the case of LP87521, FB0 is connected to Vout. Other FB pins<FB1,FB2,FB3> is connected ground.)

So I would like to know how can this device is balanced or adjust the phase current within 10%. On the datasheet, I could not find the detail about the explanation and block diagrams.

Hi Vladislav,

The LP87524B does not support that configuration. The "4" after LP8752 indicates the phase configuration, and it only supports 4x single-phase outputs.
