BQ30Z55-R3,when 0℃ charging,RSOC=100%, VCT=1 but MCHG=0 in charging status ,FC bit in battery status and gauging status is not set。
SBS config0-15=0X8C,SBS config16-31= 8C in BQ30Z55-R3 data flash
when send rest command to BQ30Z55-R3, VCT&MCHG&FC will set。
My question is why VCT is set but FC &MCHG is not set in 0℃
