BQ2057W: MOSFETS heated up abnormally

Hi,

     I am using BQ2057W to charge a 7.4V 10Ah 2S Lithium Ion Battery with 12V charger and 1A Charge Current. Attached is the circuit for reference. I have the following issues:

1. When on Battery (12V Charger NOT Connected), MOSFET Q2 is getting heated up.

2. When Charger is connected, the plane BATTERY_P is getting heated up abnormally (MOSFETS Q2 and Q3 are also hot). However this does not happen with a 9V Charger (why hot only for 12V?).

3. Is my MOSFET selection correct (I think it is correct as per the datasheet understanding)?
