Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP10077

Our customer wants the IC that meeting following requirement.
VIN:10.8V - 26.4V
VOUT:150V-200V
Iout : 10mA
We are referring the reference design of PMP10077 because it seems to be close design that the customer wants.
However, there is difference of input range.
What should we change on schematic of PMP10077 to meet customer requirement?
