Hi, Sir,

we put BQ27541 on system side, not in battery pack,

if we take off the battery, the reference data in BQ27541, CHEM-ID data will loss?? thanks!

No, the device has flash memory to store those data even without power. But, the device is a NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs) device.

There is a little effect on accuracy in short time after battery re-plug-in, the gauge needs a few cycles to learn about the battery history and then get back accuracy.
