BQ34Z100-G1: Trying to control external led with SN74HC164

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ34Z100, SN74HC164

Hi,

I used BQ34z100 to manage a batterie and I want to control 5 external leds. I follow all schematics recommendation in datasheet and I've configured Led_Comm register at 6b, for 5 external leds with I2C com, only on button request. The problem is that all my leds are lit all the time, independantly of the SoC. After checking severall things, I notice that the outputs of BQ34z100 P1 and P2 are short-circuited with an impedance of only 50ohms between them, and I think it's the reason of my problem. So is it normal, or is there any other register to configure?

Also, are there any difference between extern I2C and extern HDQ in my case with SN74HC164?

Best regards.
