We have P-Channel FemtoFETs but nothing at 30V. Our P-FETs only go up to 20V. Does the application require 30V?

Hello Brett,

They are trying to use the pfer as a power switch, enabling and disablin using 2.8V. Would the CSD23285F5 be a good choice? Do you have something better?

Depends on what you mean by better and what the customer values. We do have even smaller P-FETs, that will be cheaper as well, but also higher resistance and not be able to handle as much current.
