1. When the FB pin pull Low, will shut dow, when the Low situation is released, the reply time for how long(?us)?
I am double-checking the recovery time for you, will update to you later.

2. BW pin When OVP fault, the protection action is Latch or Autorecover?
The system will be restart after 1s pause time when OVP fault.

3. Whether the BW pin can directly fill 4 Vdc
Yes.

4. If UCC25630 with UCC28063, UCC28063 how to accept the Vcc more appropriate?
You have to use external bais to supply the UCC28063 as the RVCC of UCC25630 is lower than the VCC UVLO rising threshold of UCC28063 (12.6V typical)

Which UCC25630 can trigger the action of Latch?

The recovery time is 2.5us when FBLessThanBMT is not true.

Certain faults can be trimmed to be a re-start fault or latched fault internally, but at this time OVP is configured to be a re-start fault. We don't have latched fault version so far.
