Boost leakage current

HI  All,

   We found some boost in the market (No TI device) has leakage current(~mA) when the output votlage is about 0.4V higher than input voltage at light mode , if the outptu voltage is more close to input or much higher than input votlage, the leakage current disappear, any possible design defect insdie the boost will cause this problem?
