TPS62260-Q1: The Vout vs Iout under the high temperature of TPS62260-Q1

Part Number: TPS62260-Q1

Hi

The output current of TPS62260-Q1 is defined max 600mA@Ta=25℃ in electrical characteristics.
But as long as I see figure12, the output voltage drop as the Iout increase.
This device's Vout drop as the Iout increase under the high temperature.
Is my understanding correct?
Best regards,
Yokota

  • It can be the reason for the output voltage decrease. The effect can also be caused by temperature drift of the internal reference voltage or a change in ground shift due to higher current and/or higher temperature.
