Dear Sir or Madame,

 

We bought the following product

 

Battery Charger - IC LI-ION CHGR 4.4V 16-QFN

 Part number: BQ24230RGTR

from your company and have some questions about special requirements.

We installed the module in a sensor housing. The housing also includes a magnet with 1.3 Tesla which is only 2-3mm away from the PCB.

Therefore we have following questions:

 

1.           How can the interference factors influence the performance of the module?

 

2.           Does the module withstands a magnet with 1.3 Tesla?

 

3.           If not, is there specific limit (in Tesla) for a magnet close to the module?

 

We are pleased for every information or tips we can get. Here is the data sheet of the magnet:
