UCC27211A-Q1: UCC27211A-Q1, Short-Time Input Pulse, Internal Level Shifter

Part Number: UCC27211A-Q1

Hello,

I am designing with UCC27211A-Q1. In case of very short timed inputs at HI with < 50 ns is there a chance that the falling-edge is missed by the gate driver leading to a stuck HO-output and possibly causing shoot-through ?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hello,

The internal level shifter of UCC27211A-Q1 is not a “pulsed level shifter” and therefore is not dependent on edge-detection. That is why a stuck of outputs won’t happen even for short input pulses.
However, inputs < 50 ns might be filtered out completely.

    Hope this helps.
