LM26420: Power Good Signal Behavior

I'm using the PG1 signal as reset signal for a SOC (Zynq7020). According to fig. 41, p19 of the datasheet, PG should go low within 7.5µs after the output voltage goes below 90% of programmed Vout. Programmed voltage is 3.3V in this case. However, what I am observing is, that PG goes low way too late, at ca. 2.3V. Is the PG signal known to word properly?
