Hi

There is a Vin supply current data on the datasheet.

What is the condition of this data? (Vout and frequency and Iload)

    That data is open loop test data. VSENSE is forced to 0.7 V to inhibit switching . There is no load. RT is set 78.7 k for a nominal 500 kHz switching frequency, but since VSENSE is 0.7 V, the TPS54478 is not actually switching during this test.
