Wireless power transmission

Dear all,

        I have a customer who need help in respect of wireless power transmission. Please kindly help us. Described as follows:


       Currently we are making a concept where there is a requirement of wireless power transmission. But the existing coils won’t suit us because of the package size.
Here is the requirement :
                      Power Required : 5W @ receiver end
                      Standards like qi, PMA NOT REQUIRED, looking for custom NON STANDARD Version
                      Air gap : around 5 to 15 mm
                      Preferably loosely coupled configuration..
                      Space available for coil :  10mmx10mmx10mm (LxBxH) .
                      Good amount of space available for PCB's
                    We do understood that it’s difficult to make 5W power in 10mm X 10mm coil,  but is it possible by increasing the winding's in z direction(because we have 10mm height available)?


                  We are just in the concept phase and just want understand the feasibility. if it is feasible then we will take it forward for design, prototyping and production. so looking forward for your help....
                   we are open for suggestions....
                   Size can be extended up to 15mm x 15mm x 15mm , but looking for 10mm x 10mm x 10mm solution as its the best case.
                   can the tx rx parts can be customized for automotive grade?
                   Note : this setup will sit inside the passenger cabin and transfers power wirelessely  from vehicle to seat]

    All of our devices are based on the Qi standard and designed to support 2.5mm to 5mm coil to coil distance.
    We have worked with RX coil of 20mm round for low power application, less than 2.5W. When coil size is reduced to 10mm range power transfer and communications are difficult.
    Due to the combination of large coil to coil distance of 5mm to 15mm, small coil 10mm X 10mm X10mm and power 5W--our devices cannot support your application.
