We got a question from customer about TLV62130A.
Could you help us?

Our customer is considering adding schottky barrior diode from PGND to SW for improving efficiency. Is there any concerns in this usage?

    Hello Tateo,

    there is no concern adding the external schottky diode, however it is not needed and will not improve the efficiency. The switching of the internal low side FET for synchronous rectifying is faster than the conducting time of an external schottky diode.
