Hi,

I understand that pre-charge current can be set to 64mA though 128mA is lowest value in electrical characteristics. Then I believe that the accuracy at 64mA will be lower than 128mA, right? Can you estimate rough variation at 64mA and 2S-4S like +/-40%?

Yes. The accuracy at 64mA will be lower than 128mA. If 128mA accuracy is +/-30%, I will give +/-60% for 64mA. It is a conservative number to make sure your design have enough margin. If the charger current is very small, you may use 20mohm charging sensing resistor.
