BQ24250: SYS pin no output caused by battery connect sequence

Hi experts,

I found BQ24250 SYS pin has no output when I connect a battery pack.

After some experiment, I found if you connect TS and PACK+ pin first, you will get -400mV on TS pin. Then there won't have output on SYS pin.

I added a schottky diode as following show to limit TS pin negative voltage under 200mV. And BQ24250 works find and SYS pin has voltage output.

Could you verify this symptom?

And check if any concern with this work around??
