LM5160: 3.3V output

Part Number: LM5160
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV62065, TLV62569, LMR10520

Hi,

I'm considering the following specifications.
Can it be realized with LM 5160? WEBENCH displays an error.
Although it can be handled with other low voltage devices as specifications,
I am considering it with LM 5160 for the common use of parts.

(specification:non-isolate)
VIN: 5.0 V
VOUT: 3.3 V
IOUT: 1A

Best Reards,

  • Hi ,

I will forward the request to Webench team . You should be able to simulate it with LM5160 .

Further may i know the reason of choosing LM5160 wide VIn converter for this low input voltage requirement .

I would suggest you to choose Low input voltage converter which can switch at higher switching frequency thereby reducing the cost of passive as well as reducing the size of the solution .

Anything like TLV62569,LMR10520,TLV62065 etc should work .
