LM5175: Unstable issue at higher load current

Hi,

I have a prototype of a LM5175 board which seems to get unstable at higher load currents, also the load response is not very good.

Input voltage is from 5,5V to 20V with an output voltage from 8,1V with 4A load current.

I use 4 BSZ065 from infineon and a 3,3µH coil at 600kHz. Is it possible to provide a schematic and other relevant data outside of this public forum?

Is this an automotive application?

I think the best way to provide schematic/data is through your local contact (FAE/sales/distribution), if there is one.

Hi,
the application is used in a car, but we don't have the -Q1 requirement because it's only used in interieur and aftermarket.
We used the QFN version of the controller, which isn't even available in -Q1.
I just asked our lokal FAE from EBV components about this problem.
