Hi,

Now we use BQ500212A(TX) to BQ51013B(RX)+BQ2000 for NiMh Battery Charger application and BQ2000 charger timer setup to 7hr.

Then we find our PCB Board that it is auto stop to do wireless charger activity after charger 5hr and also got the same result using TI BQ500212A+BQ51013B+BQ2000 EVM.

May we know how can solve the issue or is it IC characteristics?

The bq500212A + bq51013B will provide a 5V output and do not have any timing circuits, they should not shutdown after 5 hr.
The bq2000 will have some timing for battery protection.
Are you seeing the 5V out of bq51013B go away?
Please send sch of ckt.

Thanks your quickly reply.

Yes, we can see the 5V out of BQ51013B go way and auto turn on after 1 min then fiish the battery charger timer setup.

So we don't know what happened for that.

Then I attach the schematic for your check again.
