TPS61029DRC Is Suitable for GSm Applications or not? My input volatge is 3V Duracell AAA type battery rating 2.4A ,When Gsm initialising time it will take normally gsm 3.9V and 130mA ,When packet sending time it will take 1.9A Some seconds .
